Rick Collins, JD, CSCS is a celebrated personality in the bodybuilding, fitness and nutritional supplements industry. He is a principal in the New York law firm of Collins, McDonald and Gann, P.C. and legal advisor to the International Federation of BodyBuilders and the International Society of Sports Nutrition. He has degrees in Psychology and Law, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Rick is also monthly legal columnist for Muscular Development magazine, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Muscle and Fitness magazine and wrote Legal Muscle, the definitive book on performance-enhancing substances and the law. He has been profiled in diverse periodicals, and he has been interviewed on national television talk shows, in news radio interviews and by countless publications including The New York Times and the Washington Post. Jason Hartman, MS, CSCS, is currently the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York. His duties include overseeing the resistance training and conditioning programs for the resident programs of the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center which include: Bobsled, Skeleton, Biathlon, Freestyle Skiing, and Luge.
