Mike Nitka
Mike Nitka, MS, CSCS, is the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Muskego High School in Muskego, Wisconsin. Mr. Nitka has over 31 years of coaching experience with adolescent athletes. He has served as NSCA Vice-President of Youth and Adolescents Activities, received the NSCA Strength & Conditioning Professional of the Year and is currently the chairman for the NSCA High School Special Interest Group. Mike currently serves on the NSCA Board of Directors.
Nick Ratamess
Nick Ratamess is an assistant professor in Health & Exercise Science at the College of New Jersey. He received his PhD in Kinesiology in 2003 from the University of Connecticut. He has published numerous research articles and educational publications and has made a remarkable contribution to the strength & conditioning and sports nutrition fields of research.
Dr. Avery Faigenbaum is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Exercise Science at The College of New Jersey. As a leading researcher and practitioner in the field of youth fitness; Dr. Faigenbaum has published over 150 articles on fitness and conditioning and is the co-author of twenty book chapters and seven books including Strength and Power for Young Athletes and Medicine
