Laurie Geisz is an NPC Figure Competitor, fitness model, writer and wife and mother to five children. After the birth of her first child Laurie exercised to lose weight gained during pregnancy, the next three births resulted in not enough time for anything except caring for the family. Her fifth child, Ben, died soon after birth, and Laurie decided to overcome her depression with a physical and emotional transformation. She hired a personal trainer and worked her way up to joining Carla Sanchez’s Performance Ready Team and at age 39 placed in two classes at the 2008 Northern Colorado Championships. She is currently training for the Masters National Figure Championships.
Julie Lohre is an accomplished IFBB Fitness and Figure Pro with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She is one of the most active IFBB Fitness competitors and has competed 24 times in the past four years. Julie has been featured in magazines including FLEX, Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Ironman, Body Fitness, Body Muscle Journal and the cover of Oxygen magazine. As a trainer Julie helps women reach their fitness goals and get into the best shape of their lives. Francisca Dennis grew up as a tomboy involved in gymnastics, track and field and swimming. Shortly after having her sixth child she completed her first full marathon, which further empowered her to push even harder in the gym and to educate herself on nutrition, resulting in a second place at her first figure competition. She currently balances her training with being a wife, mother of six, business owner of FLD Management Services and a fitness model and competitor. Anna Laratta excelled in track, volleyball and softball in high school. Later after having her fourth child with husband John she again took to the gym with a vengeance. At her very first figure competition at age 35 she placed first and came within 1 point of winning the Overall Title that featured competitors 15 years her junior. Currently, Anna trains six days a week under the guidance of “Supertrainer,” IFBB Pro, Carla Sanchez, who has transformed her into an elite National level competitor in the NPC.
