Fitz, M.S. has had a passion for Full Contact Kickboxing for over 12 years, competing from Bradenton, FL to Geneva, Switzerland. She holds an M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences, and Sports Administration from the University of Florida, and has achieved certifications through AFAA and NAFC, a level of education and experience rarely surpassed. Fitz has 18 years of experience teaching fitness all over the world, combined with hosting fitness television shows, training instructors, guest speaking for numerous organizations and is the author of numerous articles published in magazines, journals and online. Jeffrey A. Segal CSCS, NSCA-CPT, CPTS was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the age of 25. Rather than to yield to the disease he launched his own wellness and rehabilitation program. Today, Jeff is in top physical condition and has reclaimed his life through exercise, nutrition, and other wellness strategies. Jeff was named 2007 NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year and 2007 Fitness Institute International Trainer of the Year. He is also the owner of Balanced Personal Training, Inc., co-owner of Personalize Your Fitness, LLC, and a noted speaker for support groups, educational patient programs, corporate motivation, and other health and wellness events.
Shannon Meteraud balances an IFBB Pro career with being the mother of two girls. She turned Pro 1999 and made her debut at the Fitness International, where she placed 3rd. She took 2001 off to have her first child, Braylee Jo, and returned at the Fitness International eight months later in 2002, placing 8th. She switched to Figure in 2004 and placed 2nd at the 2004 Pittsburgh Pro, then won Overall at the Atlanta Pro Figure in 2005 while she was eight weeks pregnant. Unfortunately she miscarried at 18 weeks, but became pregnant again and took two years off to mother Chesney Rae. She returned to Figure at the 2007 Pittsburgh Pro, placing 5th place. Other placings in 2007 include the NY Pro, 2nd; Motor City Pro, 2nd; Europa Super Show, 1st. She is now training for 2007 Figure Olympia. Visit her at

Sonja Friend-Uhl is a world-class distance runner whose athletic accomplishments include: World Champion – 2K Beach Run; USA Indoor Mile – 5th 2000; 2000 Olympic Trials – 1500m; 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002 Disney Cross-Country Classic Invitational Champion. Sonja holds Personal Training Certifications with ACSM and AFAA as well as AFAA specialty certifications in Youth, Senior, and Pre-Natal Fitness. She is also a USATF Level I Certified Coach.
