Kristen Birth earned her degree in Exercise Physiology from FAU in 2005. She is currently a personal trainer and fitness/figure coach. She is also one of the key nutritionists in the Department of Nutrition at Cell Science Systems, the ALCAT Laboratory in Deerfield Beach. She helps individuals who have tested stay consistent and compliant and learn new techniques for managing their substitution diets. Kristen competes in the OCB Figure and Ms. Fitness competitions. She is currently the reigning Southeast States Open Figure and Ms. Fitness 2010 Champion and won 1st place in 2009. Last year was her first competition, qualifying her for Ms. Fitness USA, where she placed 10th in the United States. This in turn qualified her for Ms. Fitness World where she placed 19th in the world. Kristen currently resides in Pompano Beach.

Bernadett Fejszes is a group dance and fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Hungary, she began training in ballet at age four followed by 13 years in an Eastern European folk-dance ensemble. Bernadett also has experience in ballroom dancing, hip-hop and Latin dancing. In 2005 she was introduced to Zumba and went on to become an instructor, holding certifications from AAFA, Zumba Basic I and II, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and ZumbAtomic. She has appeared in several instructor training videos as well as showcases at national fitness conferences such as IDEA and ECA. She has also appeared on a number of television programs including Univision TV, Sabado Gigante and Telefutura.
