This is a true display of raw talent and natural atheleticism at it's finest. I was literally on pins and needles trying to anticipate the outcome. Love the show guys :)

Great Blog and very informative! Regarding supplements, after years of trial and error and lots of $s spent, I now go with only three - (1) MuscleTech Anator, (2) any decent protein supplement (I change it up) and (3) Acai Fire for Men. Protein Supps of course everybody knows about. Anator I found to be VERY beneficial after training for mass/muscle recovery; this can be found at all the ususal sources. Acai Fire is less known and my latest addition, and has been KEY in my view for enabling concurrent mass retention and fat loss. You can't find Acai Fire in stores but you can get a free trial by going to my URL. Highly recommend this combo and best of luck!

Hey guys,

This is Dan from the Shooting From The Hip Podcast. We are a wrestling show, but we like to think that we do something a little different. We are more about views than news. We discuss things that are going on, but we don't just report, we delve into what it means for the buisness. We also have a healthy dose of humor with segments like the Yahoo Answers Question of the Week and we get creative with our fantasy booking segments.

I gave you the link to my site and would love to hear back.

Thanks in advance,
Dan

Where is the warrior spirit from management on this recent road trip? Veterans like Bochy, Rags, & Lansford know the lull that comes out of the All Star break. If there is a chemistry in the club house, I'm not convinced that the management is stoking the fire and circling the wagons. The us vs. them mentality is what it takes to cut through the competition and B.S. Hell, it's a 6 month long slog to get to the end. The men in the trenches and the leaders need to pull together and know that everyone in the clubhouse has one anothers' back.

Mike and Duane, give us some perspective.

One great way to maximize your performance training is with body building protein supplements aka meal replacement formulas or protein shakes (look for FDA approved) - that allow you to take advantage of what are called metabolic windows. These metabolic opportunities- mostly pre and post training are where your muscle cells become highly receptive to those nutrients that are needed to maximize recovery, increase protein absorption and improve overall performance. Proper timing and amounts of nutrients can trigger a hormonal state that can reduce muscle damage while increasing muscle building. The ideal hormonal environment for recovery and muscle building is created when carbohydrates, proteins and fats are supplied in proper ratios.
