Corry Matthews, M.S. has been turning obstacles into triumphs since she lost her father at age seven. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado and went on to attain an M.S. in Sports Medicine. After getting hooked on Fitness and Figure training she earned her NPC Pro Card in 2006 at the Team Universe Nationals with a perfect score in Figure. Corry has also founded Strength & Grace Fitness, a premiere personal training and nutrition company, co-owns the rights to three Max Muscle Sports Nutrition franchises and is co-founder of the Fit & Healthy Schools non-profit program. Christina Steel, B.S., CPT is an accomplished athlete, Exercise Physiologist, model, and co-owner of her own home personal training company. She is a fitness enthusiast establishing herself as an elite athlete in various sports such as swimming, cross country, triathlons, and an NPC Figure competitor. She received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University with additional courses in Athletic Training, Therapeutic Exercise, and Nutrition.
