Lori Kupferman and Shoshana Pritzker
Lori Kupferman, M.S., LDN, RD, CPT grew up on Long Island and attended Oneonta State College in upstate New York. There, she received her B.S. in Nutrition/Dietetics. After graduating from Oneonta, she attended Tufts University in Boston, MA, where she received her M.S. in Nutrition Issues and Food Policy. She next went to Tulane University in New Orleans and completed her internship to become a Registered Dietitian. Lori then went on to became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness based out of Miami, FL. She has been working in the nutrition field since 1996. Shoshana Pritzker is an up-and-coming name in the Sports Nutrition Industry. She grew up in Orlando, FL and moved to South Florida to pursue her degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Shoshana received her degree from Florida International University (FIU) and is currently completing her accredited internship hours through FIU to become a Registered Dietitian. Her strengths and specialties are in Sports Nutrition, Supplementation and Weight Loss. While her love of writing put her in a position to write/manage the weekly E-newsletter at VPX Sports, she is also the Editor for all VPX publications, both web and print. She has been weight training for almost 9 years, and has competed for the past 3 years in NPC Figure Competitions.
