Michael Timpson brings to South Florida a premier facility with in the Velocity network of performance centers. A Miami native, Michael brings professional credentials from the NFL. Drafted in the 4th round by the New England Patriots, Michael played wide receiver for nine years. He also played for the Chicago Bears and the Philadelphia Eagles. He retired from the NFL in 1998 with over 300 career receptions.
Don Gauvreau, M.S., CSCS, NSCA-CPT has over 10 years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness world. In the sports supplement business he is widely recognized as one of the industry’s leading researchers and product formulators. As a scientific expert on exercise, nutrition, and supplementation, Don has had a countless number of articles published in various industry magazines. Don operates LeanBodyRx, a successful consulting business, and has had great success in coaching several fitness and bodybuilding champions. He holds an M.S. in Kinesiology and Physical Education.
Houston Alexander is a well-known Mixed Martial Artist who has participated in over 200 fights in the past seven years. Recently he joined the Ultimate Fighting Championship, which is the largest Mixed Martial Arts organization in the world. After winning his first fight with the UFC Houston is currently ranked one of the top fighters in his weight class in the world. As a headliner in the UFC he fights a few times a year in the Octagon as “The Assassin,” a name he earned fighting his way to the big show. Houston Alexander, a teacher, an artist, a fighter, and a single parent raising six children on his own.
