Staci Wilson was a member of the Gold Medal winning U.S. Women’s National Team at the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. Previously, she helped lead UNC to the 1996 NCAA Division I title, was named a candidate for the Missouri Athletic Club 1995 Player of the Year award as a sophomore, 1995 Soccer News All-American and other honors. She was also named the MVP of the 1994 U.S. Youth Soccer Virginia State Cup. Staci currently works as a trainer at Perfect Competition. |

Dr. Dexter Russell served in the Air Force and later graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. He graduated from the National College of Naprapathic Medicine located in Chicago, Illinois. As a principle of

Dr. Mark J. Tallon received his Ph.D. from Southampton University in Muscle Biochemistry. He has worked with some of the world’s leading biochemists including world-renowned creatine research Professor Roger Harris. Dr. Tallon has a broad interest in exercise physiology and nutrition, with special expertise in nutritional biochemistry and its applications in the enhancement of elite athletic performance. He also holds a first degree with honors in exercise physiology, a Masters degree in nutrition science and a Ph.D. in nutritional biochemistry.
Melinda Mergen is the President of
Jacob Wilson, MSc., CSCS graduated in the top 1 percent of CSU Eastbay with a B.S. (hons) in exercise nutrition and M.S. in Kinesiology, and is completing his Ph.D. in exercise physiology (concentration in exercise nutrition) at FSU. He is a professional member of the ISSN and president of
Eddy Garcia is a professionally trained dancer. She has been dancing since the age of 2, and is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop. She has performed in Japan, Singapore, and at The Riviera, Caesars, Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe, The Plaza, MGM Grand. When she retired as a dancer she became a successful personal trainer. Realizing that her clients’ biggest obstacles are the boredom and the lack of results they experience while training, she has been developing a class made specifically for women to lose weight and tone up via different dancing styles with her new start-up venture called ‘Strut.’
Jim Rockell is an NPC and IFBB pro judge, former competitor and owner of a Powerhouse Gym in Rochester, NY. Jim competed as a natural athlete in the late ’70s and early ’80s with the old AAU, then became involved in judging and eventually became the first NPC Physigue Chairman in the NY area. He received his NPC National Judge’s card in 1983 and went on to become an IFBB Pro Judge in 1985. He is now on the Board of Trustees of the NPC as a Vice President and General Secretary and Zone Chairman for the Northeast USA, and on the IFBB Pro Judges Committee and the Men’s Representative for the IFBB. Jim has judged several Mr. Olympia’s and Grand Prix tours.
