Tim Chapman, M.D. has had an active Clinical Medical Practice for 30 years and has been an Educational Speaker for 20 years. Dr. Chapman is presently the international spokesperson for Fuji Health Science and Astavita, Clinical Consultant for Women’s Health America, Nature’s Sources, BrudyTech of Barcelona, Spain, Pentech Medical Corporation and Performance Labs, a high-tech supplement company. He is on the board of directors of numerous American companies and has been a guest on many nutritional and health-oriented radio programs across the country. Dr. Chapman was an invited guest speaker of Fuji Chemical Industries Ltd. of Toyama, Japan, at the International Conference of Food Factors in Kyoto, Japan 2007.
Joel Cramer, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor and Co-Director of the Biophysics Laboratory in the Department of Health and Exercise Science and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Cramer has conducted and published numerous studies that focus on the noninvasive assessment of muscle function in journals such as Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, Muscle & Nerve, the European Journal of Applied Physiology, the Journal of Electromyography and Kinesiology, Electromyography and Clinical Neurophysiology, the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, and the Journal of Neuroscience Methods.

Tracey Greenwood, Ph.D. is a professor at Eastern University. She is also an IFBB Fitness Pro who has captured eight IFBB Professional titles and was runner up at the 2008 Fitness Olympia. Tracey was voted the 2008 FLEX Athlete of the Year and has been featured in many health and fitness publications such as Oxygen, Muscle & Fitness, FLEX, Ironman and more. Corry Matthews, M.S. has been turning obstacles into triumphs since she lost her father at age seven. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado and went on to attain an M.S. in Sports Medicine. After getting hooked on Fitness and Figure training she earned her NPC Pro Card in 2006 at the Team Universe Nationals with a perfect score in Figure. Corry has also founded Strength & Grace Fitness, a premiere personal training and nutrition company, co-owns the rights to three Max Muscle Sports Nutrition franchises and is co-founder of the Fit & Healthy Schools non-profit program. Christina Steel, B.S., CPT is an accomplished athlete, Exercise Physiologist, model, and co-owner of her own home personal training company. She is a fitness enthusiast establishing herself as an elite athlete in various sports such as swimming, cross country, triathlons, and an NPC Figure competitor. She received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University with additional courses in Athletic Training, Therapeutic Exercise, and Nutrition. Mike Sanders, MAEd, CSCS is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Denver. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Mike has over 14 years of experience working with athletes from the NHL, collegiate hockey, volleyball, football, basketball, golf, lacrosse, figure skating, swimming, skiing and mixed martial arts. He has also worked and consulted with SWAT and police officers in the area of physical performance development. Michael Ritter has been actively involved with the health and fitness field for 20 years. He has competed in power lifting and is a Natural Bodybuilding Champion. Michael holds a B.S. in Health and Physical Education and a M.S. in Educational Administration. He is currently a spokesperson for exercise and supplement companies including the Ab Coaster Exercise Company and GlycoCarn Supplements. When he isn’t training, he directs an anti-drug program for youth called Project PRIDE and was host for the documentary film “Be Smart – Choose Freedom.” Michael has also appeared in TV commercials for “Mr. Iz,” “Criminal Record,” “Choices,” “On the Job.”
Elaine Goodlad was introduced to power lifting by her husband, Terry. What followed included numerous NPC Figure and IFBB wins, including the 2004 California Pro Show. She has appeared in at least one magazine somewhere in the world every month since June 1998, including Flex (3 centerfolds), Oxygen (3 covers), Ironman, Muscle & Fitness and American Curves. She has been a professional hair stylist and makeup artist for over 20 years, working primarily in the fitness industry including NPC and IFBB contests.
