Sheri Colberg, Ph.D. is an author, Exercise Physiologist and Professor of Exercise Science at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She was also appointed as Adjunct Professor of Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. She has authored eight books and over 150 articles on exercise, diabetes, healthy lifestyles, fitness, nutrition, aging, weight loss and more. Dr. Colberg is also frequent lecturer on diabetes and exercise across the nation to both professional and lay audiences. Elizabeth Brown, M.S., RD, CDE, also known as “The Kitchen Vixen,” is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Holistic Chef, Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Weight Management Specialist. She holds an M.S. in Nutrition with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management. Her culinary degree is from the Bauman School for Holistic Nutrition. Elizabeth began her fitness career as a personal trainer more than 22 years ago but decided to pursue her degrees in nutrition to help teach clients how food fuels the body. She wrote the exercise descriptions and routines for the Mens Health book Banish Your Belly.
