Adam Brush, CPTS has accumulated over 35 years of baseball experience as athlete and coach. A walk-on outfielder with the University of Dayton, Adam successfully worked his way into the opening day starting line up. After relocating to Florida Adam established Five Tool Baseball: Performance. In 2005 he turned his attention to the pursuit of his dream and passion: fitness and sport performance training, and graduated from the Fitness Institute International with honors in 2006. Adam currently oversees The Institute of Human Performance’s Baseball Performance Training programs for all levels: youth, high school, collegiate and professional.

Dave Woynarowski, M.D. has made it his mission to provide the highest-quality, most powerfully effective supplement solutions and information for natural anti-aging and healthy living.
