This past Saturday, WTR took a look at the Chris Benoit documentary on Canada’s CBC, in stark contrast to the ratings-grabbing sensationalism of the American news programs’ look at the tragegy falling last June. The conversation turned to concussions and the after-effects of them, touching on other sports, not just wrestling. Tim Stein related his own personal battle with having suffered a multiple concussion some years ago, and the effects just one (albeit major) concussion had on him. We also welcomed into the studio “The Lost Boy”, a brand new pro wrestling trainee and talked to him about what he is currently going through in learning the craft.Finally, we took a look at Smackdown leaving the CW Network at the end of their contract.
