Justin Schwind is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of South Alabama Jaguars football program. Schwind earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Texas State in 2004. After serving as a strength and conditioning intern at Rice, where he also assisted with neuroscience research at Baylor’s College of Medicine in a study on athletic performance and visualization, he would go on to earn his M.S. from Mississippi State in Physical Education in 2007. Schwind is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA), United State Weightlifting Association (USAW) and the United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Priscilla Ribic is a drug-free powerlifter currently residing in Alaska, the Last Frontier! She became interested in powerlifting in high school when she took a weight training class and discovered how strong she was. At the age of 16 and a body weight of 135, she benched 165 pounds and squatted 285 pounds raw. Her best competition lifts currently are a 548-pound squat, 341.5-pound bench, 556-pound deadlift and 1388-pound total in the 148 lb. weight class.
