Andy Haman and Abbe Dorn

Andy Haman began pursuing his boyhood dream of becoming an IFBB PRO Bodybuider after retiring from teaching in the Public School system for over 15 years. He worked for a year and half every day for five hours per day and dieted for almost two years in preparation for his return to competition. Andy Haman earned his IFBB Pro Card at age 41 after winning the Super Heavyweight Class Championship and was named the Overall Show Champion at the MastersNationals in July of 2007. Andy can bench press 615 lbs, barbell curl 225 lbs 10 times and perform decline sit-ups with a 150 lb dumbbell for 15 reps. Abbe Dorn grew up in Denver, CO and attended Arapahoe High school where she was on the varsity soccer and cheerleading team. In college at the University of Northern Colorado she played soccer and received her degree in Nutrition. After college she worked at 24 Hour Fitness as a personal trainer. Her interest in figure competition lead her to Carla Sanchez and the Performance Ready Team and competition in seven shows. Abbe is currently a Denver Police officer for the city and county of Denver, and will take her athletic abilities into competition on American Gladiators on Monday, May 19.
